Your ability As you gain standing with your current faction, you will gain ability points that you can distribute in order to increase your expertise with handling certain tasks. For each 1000 standing you receive, you will gain 1 ability point whenever you reach a new rank. Abilities learned on previous factions will still work, but you will not be able to increase them again until you rejoin that faction.
